- Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders across the DDW Group
- Provide expert HR advice on performance, employee engagement, and compliance
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Drive best-practice recruitment and selection processes
You’ll also hold a specialist portfolio focused on Achievement and Development, supporting the growth and success of our people through meaningful performance conversations and career pathways.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with care, respect, and sound judgment
- Ability to communicates clearly and confidently, even when the conversations are tough
- Experience in organisational design, change management, and HR data reporting
